How can I have a Marquee Text paragraph on Image banner

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly
I just started building my site with Shopify, and I’m rather new to it so
I’m basically learning now.
So, what I’d like to have is the paragraph (not just one line, but a whole
paragraph) on the Image Banner on the Home Page to run as marquee text,
horizontally.
Can I do that?
