Question #1… My Shopify store shows I have zero visitors right now and haven’t had any visitors for over 30 min, but it will show I have 1 Active Cart… how is this possible? Question #2… how can I have several “active carts” and my Abandoned Checkout (under Orders) show zero or nothing. Thank you.
