If possible, can you check my previous post in this thread regarding double-checking your specific staff member’s permissions?I haven’t heard back from the person who I replied to with that information (which could suggest that double-checking confirmed that the permission needed to be toggled), but it could be possible that the permissions for your staff member aren’t set up as needed
