How can I identify and cancel ongoing payments for unused Shopify stores?

How can I find for which shop I am paying?

We tried with a friend creating a shops in shopify… but we haven’t got enought time to make them work so we tried to cancel the billing for them. But appereantly in my bank there are still some payments to shopify for something. How can I cancel it?

  • Click on this link here.

  • Select Log in

  • Next**,** after logging in, select a topic, in your case you can select; Account > Plans & Billing.

  • On the next page, scroll down to Get Support, you should see options for support there!

I have come this far. But I don’t have the last option for the “Chat with us”.

Maybe it is because of the not active account? Is there any other way to contact them?
