How can I identify and delete bounced emails from my marketing list?

Hi Guys,
As part of my Shopify marketing, I imported an email list from my previous business that I haven’t used for many years.
I RECEIVED AN ERROR while I was sending my first campaign, and my campaign stopped because of the high bouncing rate.
How do I find which emails bounced to delete them from my list?

I understand that When I send another email using the same list, Shopify will eliminate these customers, but I want to delete them from my customer’s list to ease the workflow.

Hi,** @Advaso **.

Our support team can help locate which emails have bounced for your store, but to do this we will need to take a closer look at your account from our end. We aren’t able to do this via the Community Forums at this stage, but you can reach out to our support team via our help centre here. Once you’ve logged in to your store on our help centre, type in your question or the topic you need help with. After that, you should see the Get Support heading at the very bottom of the page, and you can click Continue to start a support request. From there, our support team can assist with your query further.

For context, because you mentioned that the imported email list is from a previous business that hasn’t been used in a long time, a lot of the emails within that list have most likely bounced because the address it was sent to no longer exists. This is just one potential reason for the email in being bounced, but a server issue or a large email could also be contributing factors to a high bounce rate.

I’ll leave a couple of resources below for more information on email campaign delivery, as well as best practices when using Shopify Email:
