No, I just have to look through my orders with partial refunds etc and do manual adjustments. Not ideal .

Same issue here. A costumer orders 10 blue bags for €100. After the order, I remove two blue bags and add two red bags. Exactly the same price. The order amount stys the same, €100. Now the nonsense: the orders export csv shows €120 for this order. There is no way to see the removed items. But why …

report toaster works quite well around this. free version (requires shopify basic) lets you run the reports but no export. reasonable monthly fee. solved my reporting issue in 15 minutes. not affiliated but definitely see the value.

delighted to hear it. Shopify has been pretty amazing for my business. This is honestly the first real show stopper system-wise I’ve run into. There’s just no way to get an accurate pending fulfillment report from the orders export CSV because of this problem. Definitely needs developer attention.
