To be able to check the app or theme name in use of shopify, you can check manually in the following ways.
Step 1: use right mouse button and click on view page source or ctrl + U
Step 2: Ctrl + F and search for the “sync” keyword you will see the theme name and the app name in use as I see here the theme name is Avatar Shopify theme and the application they use is DiscountYard — Stack Discounts.
