Is there an app or plugin where I can set up a page that has a box where you input a code, click enter, and the website tells you if it is verified or not? Looking for a product authentication system so when people scan the qr code on my product it brings them to a page, they then input a code that is on the product, and the website will then tell them if it is verified or not verified.

Does anyone have any Idea about this, Please share it with me. Actually, I need to create one Landing Page. When the customer types the serial no and validates that serial number, that landing page will validate whether the serial number is original or fake. Thats it.
