That is a great question! The availability of third-party payment gateways on Shopify will depend on your store’s general location. You can check to see which payment gateways are available in your location by navigating to this article here. With that being said, you can add a third-party payment gateway going into your Settings > Payments.

Could you advise what you mean by ‘user login is not available on the Starter plan.’ As mentioned above, in order to manage the checkout process/payments in your store, you can view which third-party payment gateways are available to you.

currently I m using starter plan and customer login into store is not available. so, how customer can view their order history in store?

It looks as though Customer Accounts on the Starter Plan is not supported. You would need to upgrade to a higher account (ex. Basic, Shopify, Advanced) to enable this feature. You can find more information here: Unavailable Features on the Shopify Starter Plan.

I can definitely understand the need to have Customer Accounts enabled on the Starter Plan. That being said, I’ll go ahead and submit your feedback to our product development team for review. While I can’t guarantee if/when this feature will be enabled, your request will be shared.
