Using a csv file to import reviews into Shopify. Trying to insert a lline break into the text of body so that it looks like this

16 and 17 of November SAmple test class’
instead of this.

Tried inserting , tried inserting multiple spaces, but not working. Created ticket 21748925, and email reply suggested trying another app. Unable to reply to email, as it goes to support@shopify.com which does not accept emails. So, has anyone tried Zapier for this? Or another app? Feedback appreciated.
