How can I import images and retail prices from a csv file to my online store?

Hi everyone,

I’m preparing to launch my Shopify store and my supplier is FragranceNet.com. When I load my csv file into Shopify, the csv file loaded without images and retail price. Any advice please ?

Is your CSV file following our CSV template? You can check that it matches up by downloading the template from our Help Center - Using CSV files to import and export products · Shopify Help Center.

You can test CSV files in a free dev store environment if needed as well. You can learn more about that here.

If you’re sure that your product CSV template matches up I recommend breaking up the CSV into smaller chunks and test importing 1-2 products to see if the issue still occurs. If it happens even with a couple products then we know the issue is either the format of the CSV file or there is a Shopify system issue.
