How can I import reviews from Loox to Judge.me?

Hello Everyone,

I’m trying to import my review from Loox to Judge.me. I was trying to find out how to do this and all I saw was a CSV file?

Would anyone know the steps in completing this?

All I get is an Excel page that doesn’t make sense, do you have a video on
