I hope you’re all doing well and having success with your Shopify stores. I’ve been running my own store for around 2 months now and have been putting a lot of effort into it. I’ve managed to attract around 2,000 sessions to my site so far, but unfortunately, I’ve only had 2 sales.
I’m writing this post to ask for your honest feedback and opinions on my store. I would really appreciate it if you could take a look at my site and let me know if there’s anything that I could be doing differently to improve my conversion rates.
I’ve been using Pinterest ads to try and drive more traffic to my store, but it seems like I’m just not converting those visitors into sales. I’m really open to any suggestions or critiques that you might have, so please don’t hold back!
Your home page “hero image” is too big - I have to scroll down before I can see anything to buy.
I have to scroll even to see the end of the hero image. Perhaps also have more than one image, or a carousel. If the hero image doesn’t suit me or grab me, then I won’t see what else you sell.
Personally, I’d change the font. Times New Roman, or whatever you’re using, doesn’t look great on a Website in my very personal opinion. Also at some point the gradient becomes much lighter, and this makes the white text harder to read.
The appearance of the website has a dark color and in many positions, the headers are coincide with the background color. Besides, the autoruns at the top are also too big, taking up a lot of space
You might consider adjusting these 2.
And to increase customer repurchase, you can use an app that allows you to personalize the invoices sent to your customers. Have you used any apps yet?
