Just looking for some advise. I am trying to set up a customer win back automation.
There is already a template in place but i would like to expand on this. What im looking to do is:
From when the customer purchases, wait 30 days, if the customer has not placed another orer in this time send a “see what you have missed email”. i then want to wait 15 days after this email is sent and if the customer has not purchased since that email i want send another with a discount.
i can only seem to find connectors that look at when orders are first placed. And not one to look at the previous marketing email sent.
Hopefully someone has had a similar issue and can help me with this issue.
Use Klaviyo or Omnisend for this flow instead of the default one in templates. Purchase-based flow that is delayed for 30 days, break away those who has never bought zero times since being on your list, send email one, wait 15 days, split again by purchased since last email before discount send.
