How can I improve my female clothing brand store?

Congratulations on the opening of your store! It’s truly impressive, and I can see the dedication you’ve poured into your store.

While it’s already great, I do have some suggestions to help make it even better. Here are a few of my recommendations for better customer experience, if you don’t mind taking a look.

1. Homepage - Hero Section

Your hero section looks quite good, however it lacks a CTA button that drives traffic to a designated place you want. Moreover, though the image is super pretty, I think it is still of low quality, you might want to change the pic to a better quality version.

2. Home page - Product Listing section

I would recommend you to add variant and click action into each product column. The variant would help visitors to know what color option they have and the click action (add to cart, buy now) button will be a shortcut to push visitors to take some action based on emotion.

  1. Collection Section

This section only has 3 pictures without any button or click action. A section without these things would not help you to push potential customers to explore more products. Therefore, I would recommend you to make the whole section clickable (for reach picture, ex: click on “matching set” → to to “matching set” page, click on “For a night out” → to “For a night out” page)

Furthermore, the pictures here should be a little bit clearer. I would also recommend you to change them to a better quality version

4. Product Page

This product page can be better with a new section that serves as a sales-focused section. It can be placed right under the Product Details section.

The sales-focused section explaining all the perk, benefit, how the product would resolve customer pain point. You can check out the reference here:

5. Support

So a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or feedback their experience.

Currently your store has not had such thing and it might be a pain point in shopping online cause there’s nowhere to ask and receiver answer.
