Hey @Pradeep12 ,
This is Namit from One Day Design!
Your website has a clean look, so it is a great start.
Think about these things before making any changes:
- Who is your ideal customer? (Who buys from you?)
- Who are your competitors? If they do not buy from you, do they buy from someone else?
Another thing to note is that you are targeting a “luxury” category. So unless you already have a significant brand identity, it is essential to have a high-quality website.
Here is my feedback on headgearaudio.com -
Home Page:
Top Banner - “Elevate your sound experience”: This is unnecessary.
Navigation: The navigation buttons themselves don’t lead anywhere. Try taking these to collection pages with proper filters. Another thing to call out here is the empty image under adaptors.
I love the “New” and “Hot” Tags.
Hero Section: I would change this to be more customer-focused. At the risk of not knowing your business enough, something like - “Exotic Cables to experience audio nirvana.”
CTA: Play around with something softer. Something like “Explore our collection.” This leads to a 404 error.
Social Proof: This is extremely important to build trust.
Some other sections that could be relevant: Benefits Section, Reviews, Product Descriptions, Why you help?
Collections Page (This was missing for headgearaudio.com so switching to headgearaudio.in)
- Remove the option to change the view. This should be whatever option is best in the decision-making process. Three is perfect. (Having this here confuses and distracts the potential customer. It does not help with the sale)
- Filters should be permanent in the left bar. You have a lot of options, so add filters and make the process easy here. Remove out of stock filter
- Add Tags like “Store Recommended” if that makes sense
Product Page:
-
The image change process should be clearer. Highlight the mini-image that is selected more clearly. (maybe a box border)
-
Clean up the different options. Confusing for the buyer right now
-
Add to cart and buy it now should be bigger
-
Delivery and Return policies can be made clearer
-
Add a bulleted highlights section for important features
-
The description at the bottom is too crowded. You should reduce that and add more CTAs at the bottom
I recommend hiring a professional once you get over 1500 visitors on your page.
Data-Driven Approach:
- After making these changes, analyze user behavior using HotJar and Analytics. Note points of friction and make changes accordingly.
