Hi @SBigGuy1 ,

I’m Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder.

Congrats on your new store! It’s clear that you’ve put a lot of thought and effort into the very first step on this journey. From my expertise, I would like to offer some suggestions to help you improve your online presence & grow your business better.

1. Invest on the hero banner

Your current hero banner in homepage may cause visitors confusing feelings when they first land on your site, due to those reasons:

  • Lack of bespoke image of what products you are selling
  • Lack of content describes your brands and your core products.
  • Lack of Call to action (CTA) button to guide visitors to next step

You should Invest more on the hero image, content & also button to attract visitors at the first glance & encourage them to engage more with your store & guide them what action you want them to take. The CTA button could link to the feature product, a collection or an event that the store runs on soon, etc.

2. Add a favicon logo to your store

As I can see, your website currently lacks a favicon logo. This is the small logo that typically appears in a browser tab, and I’ve highlighted it in the screenshot below. Favicon logos can improve the user experience by making it easier for visitors to identify your site when they have multiple tabs open in their browser. It also makes bookmarking and navigating to your site more intuitive.

3. Better showcase the price of products

Shoppers often visit e-commerce websites with the primary intent of finding and comparing prices. You should set it bold or use another color to make the price information more noticeable. It will meet shoppers’ expectations and help them make informed decisions quickly.

You can take this image below as reference:

4. Use option swatches for product details

Instead of just listing the product variants, you can consider using option swatches to enhance the shopper experience. Option swatches provide a visual representation of product variations, such as different colors, sizes, or styles.

Swatches are intuitive and user-friendly. Customers can simply click on the swatch that corresponds to their desired option, reducing the need to read text-based descriptions or select options from drop-down menus.

You can see it in this reference below:

5. Don’t miss out on the Christmas Holiday!

Don’t overlook the importance of promotion events during the holiday season. It will help you get the best out of holiday season traffic on the platform & get your very first sales. Here are some actions you can take for the upcoming Christmas Holiday:

  • Create a Christmas-themed landing page which highlights exclusive deals and provides a cohesive holiday experience for visitors

  • Add a countdown timer to the most noticeable spot on your website (ex: Announcement bar, Homepage banner, Pop-up, etc) to create a sense of urgency and drive conversions.

That’s all of my feedback. Hope it will help you enhance your storefront. Feel free to reach me in the reply section if you need further discussions. Wish you luck and endurance on your entrepreneurship journey!

Cheers,
