Hello @KofukuArtStudio ,
This is Richard - CRO Expert at PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.
I did take a look at your website and found that all the product images on the pages are really cool and high-quality.
However, as a CRO Expert, I would like to suggest to you some of the minimal factors on your product pages that you can improve to increase the UX and UI of your online store.
1. Adjust the underline of the product titles
When checking some of your product pages, I noticed that the lines under your product title overlay with review stars. I think you should re-adjust the position of those lines so that there will be appropriate spaces between the lines and the review parts and your customer won’t get confused regarding UI issues.
2. Visualize payment methods on every product page
I can see that you have already placed an icon image at the end of your website to show the payment methods. Yet, it seems to be better if you also place those payment icons among the product details on product pages. You can place them under the price information. This will help enhance the customer experience when they have an intention of purchasing your products.
3. Provide a list of recently viewed items
Another way to increase user experience I’d like to suggest you should do is to include a list of customer’s recently viewed items. There might be some customers who want to get back to products they have found previously when they are on another product page. It’s because the customers want to compare or consider which one they should buy.
4. Display or link to a Return Policy and Delivery Information within the product page
You should always show information about the Return Policy and Delivery on every product page to not only express the transparency of your business but also raise the customer experience.
You can refer to the below product page demo screenshot:
Additionally, with Mother’s Day 2023 fast approaching, and also ranked as the third most significant holiday following Black Friday and Christmas, it is an opportune time to consider some compelling concepts for your business to take full advantage of this occasion.
1. Use a color palette associated with Mother’s Day
This kind of change makes your store more welcoming. You can refer to these pairs of colors:
- Pastel Pink and Green: This color palette is soft, delicate, and feminine, making it a popular choice for Mother’s Day. It includes shades of light pink, blush, and pale green, which evoke feelings of tenderness, love, and springtime.
- Red and White: This classic color combination is timeless and elegant, and it’s often used to symbolize the love and appreciation we have for our mothers. It’s a bold and impactful color palette that can be used to create a variety of different designs.
- Lilac and Light Blue: This color palette is soft and soothing, with shades of pale purple and blue that are reminiscent of springtime flowers and clear skies. It’s a calming and peaceful color palette that’s perfect for creating a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere on Mother’s Day.
2. Offer special discount
Creating special deals during Mother’s Day event like bundles or 1+1 offers is one of the best ways to boost your sales. You can highlight them on your homepage to be visible as soon as visitors reach your page and make it easy to navigate through your product offerings.
3. Create gift guides or a special section with product recommendations
Creating gift guides or a product recommendation section can help increase engagement and sales on your Mother’s Day landing page. By organizing products by categories and themes, you can make it easier for shoppers to find the perfect gift for their mothers. Including product descriptions, images, and customer reviews can also help improve the shopping experience and boost conversion rates.
I hope that a few suggestions of mine will somehow be useful for you.
Wishing you all the best with your website and Good luck selling!
Best regards,
Richard | PageFly Team
