when I start to sell products we can add reviews which will encourage new customers. This is a new theme used and I am using the Enuzo app to ensure we cover GDPR. We only sell in the U.K. I like the app because is there is a Dsar I can respond and action requests. The previous theme used slowed speed down. I value any feedback.

Iâm looking at a product page that needs a lot of work:

Header takes up too much space, wasting valuable real estate above the fold

For some reason there are 3 instances of the stars widget (one of them vertical?)

Product title font-size is too big

No value proposition or benefits

No trust seals

No FAQ section

The add to cart button does not stand out as it has a white background-color

There are 7 payment icons in the footer but only 5 icons under the buy buttons? Confusing for buyers.
Honestly, I donât think itâs going to convert. Let me know if you need help with optimizing your store.
Thank you for your feedback. There is a fact section if you look on the footer. The vertices stars need removing. Remember we are not finished yet. We have trusted site bottom left of pages. Payment icons need checking true and checkout cart too. We have a designer finalising this. Thank you for the feedback.

1. Check hero banner quality
The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website.
Itâs great when you can get consumers to know exactly what youâre having in 5 seconds first. But itâs much better if you can use the image of high quality in this section, I bet your store outlook become more professional.
2. Name the section
The section I captured below displays a compilation of collections, but there is no title so Iâm not aware of it. Provided that you assign a name to this section, such as âTop Picks for You,â it will likely attract more attention and lead to increased clicks on the collection thumbnail.
3. Highlight key values
A section of too many texts makes it easily overlooked. Instead, I highly recommend you shorten the content and highlight the key values.
4. Show product prices
In the tab named âJEWELLERY BOX FOR HERâ, please display product prices below star rating as you did in the tab named âGIFTS FOR HERâ
Also, please edit âJEWELLERYâ into ââJEWELERYâ
5. Have Instagram feed
Your Instagram content adds a fresh feel to your website by showing youâre active online and interacting with your customers.
6. Get ready for holiday season
As we near the holiday season, with numerous businesses getting ready for events such as Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) and Halloween, your products align perfectly with this festive time. I strongly advise implementing these suggestions to maximize the holiday spirit:
- Holiday-themed landing pages: Create dedicated landing pages for specific holiday promotions or events. These pages can highlight exclusive deals and provide a cohesive holiday experience for visitors.
- Holiday specials and offers: Offer exclusive holiday promotions, discounts, or special deals to entice customers. Highlight these offers prominently on your website to catch the attention of potential buyers.
- Email marketing campaigns: Send out targeted email campaigns with personalized offers and reminders about your holiday promotions. Keep your subscribers updated with relevant content and exclusive deals. Letâs start this campaign soon as if collecting emails is delayed, the holiday campaign might not reach a wide audience.

we have made most changes now which makes the store look better. We have started to introduce the festive feel too. Also I clouded a price match against competitors prices in the banner. Test purchased three orders with deliveries completed within 3 days. Would you mind taking a look for your valued feedback. Thanks.
