Hi there, I see where my store speed is like 32% how do I fix it?
I did ask someone to test it for me though by going on it to see if things buffer to load but he said everything loaded fine so I don’t even know if it’s something that I should be worrying about.
Are you at the point you that speed is the main focus? There’s always things you can do but upon loading the homepage it didn’t feel slow enough to make you jump into action with haste, and that’s me running off pretty average satellite. Mindful improvements for speed should be on your radar.
The collection pages for things like the gloss could be better laid out. The three together in a row makes the images very tall - and a smidge larger. 4 per row could help but it’s more visual than a speed comment.
Side note - you have a > character at the top of your page. Looks like it might have been added around where the FB chat code was. Make sure you don’t have one floating there that shouldn’t be. If you’re stuck you might need to post some code are there so we can clearly tell you the line to remove.
What did your speed reports say? Those are good to review beyond just the number itself.
About the collection page, It’s four that selected in a row for some reason they don’t all show up you have to click on the arrow to view the other one.
I didn’t see that floating character at the top like you mentioned. There’s 1 floating chat symbol at the right bottom corner but when you scroll it stays at the same place.
And the speed score report said that my speed score means that it’s lower than other similar to mine on Shopify. I attached a screenshot of the report below.
Loads VERY quick for me on first view - often speed checkers are ■■■■■■ . The app Page Speed Optimiser also helped me - doesnt improve speed check (which checks first page load) but that app pre-loads second page loads and works well + free
