Hi,

I just checked out your store, and from a general perspective, I’d strongly suggest using high-quality images for ALL the products. This is very important as it builds trust in the consistency of your brand. Also, if you could shoot photos from different angles, maybe with models, if you have the opportunity, it would be more appealing.

Apart from that, when I added an item to my cart, I didn’t see any recommended items. Upselling and cross-selling opportunities are crucial for improving average order value. For this, you can try a popup builder like Popupsmart. It offers a forever free plan so you don’t have to pay for it beforehand. And I love the Shopify collection feature where you basically display your collection items on the popup so customers can just find something they may like. (They have Shopify-specified targeting features as well-check them out)

Lastly, on your About Us page, why not use some photos of the team? It really has a positive effect if it is someone’s first time visiting your store and they don’t know about you.

I could actually give more advice but I’ll just leave a link here about the importance of customer reviews and how you can utilize them for your store: https://popupsmart.com/blog/how-to-add-reviews-to-shopify

If you just search for “Shopify” on this blog page, you can find many tips and tricks to optimize your store. Hope it helps!

Cheers,

Hi Tanel,

I have a few suggestions to improve your store:

1. Enrich Visual Content:

Consider adding more photos and videos to your product listings. These visuals can showcase every angle of your product, highlight materials, demonstrate compatibility with various outfits, and illustrate suitable occasions. This enhancement is particularly crucial for the home page, collection page, and individual product pages.

2. Craft Compelling Product Descriptions:

Elevate your product descriptions by providing more details. Share what makes each product unique and elaborate on the occasions they are suitable for.

3. Showcase Best Sellers on the Home Page:

Feature some of your best-selling products directly on the home page. This ensures that customers are immediately directed to popular items, preventing them from wandering around. Additionally, consider adding star ratings below product names to grab visitor attention and encourage further exploration.

4. Implement Visual Reviews:

Incorporate a customer review section on your product pages. Shoppers often seek feedback from others before making a purchase. Visual reviews, including photos and videos from previous customers, can provide authentic insights into how your products perform in real life. Sending review requests via email and displaying them on your product pages can significantly boost your conversion rates.

I trust these suggestions will enhance your store performance. To add star ratings and reviews, you may want to explore our Ali Reviews app (link in signature).

Best regards,

Hey Tanel,

Congrats on your store! It looks pretty nice and with a little improvements the overall outlook would be even better. Here are my recommendations:

  • I think you should consider adding a sticky header and change the banner to one with a bigger size, that way it will look more sleek.
  • It would be good to have a testimonial section. Customer feedback is important and would definitely help you build trust amongst your customers.
  • I would suggest adding a footer menu as well
  • In regards to the product section I would suggest to remove the empty categories, and make sure that you don’t cut some of the images like here for example

  • Compliance app is another thing that you should consider adding. It would be good to manage properly your customers’ data and these days this is an important part of ecommerce business.
  • I would suggest to be more active on social media. Shoutout your promo deals, new products, new site launching. It’s important to connect with your potential customers in some way and this is the easiest these days. Another good options is sharing for your amazing products through newsletter. Sending personalized emails tailored to individual preferences, purchase history, and interests can significantly boost your conversion rate.
  • Last but not least the SEO optimization plays huge part in your store performance. It would be good to optimize your product images, keywords, image descriptions, meta descriptions. Make sure that your site is mobile friendly and intuitive.

I hope that this will help! :slightly_smiling_face: Good luck :four_leaf_clover:

Hi @Tanel
Garcia from the landing page builder app PageFly here!

Congratulations on your store! I have some suggestions that might help your store look more professional and increase your conversion rate (CRO).

1. Highlight the CTA button

Users could find it difficult to understand how to make a purchase or sign up for a subscription if there aren’t any obvious calls to action.

As of right now, there was no style or effect to your CTA.

A clear call to action will reduce the likelihood that someone may leave your website due to confusion or overwhelm. The more people you convince to click on your calls to action, the more leads, clients, and prospects you will receive (CTAs).

2. Enhance your layout for a polished look

Centered footers often look more visually pleasing and balanced, contributing to a polished and professional appearance for your website or document. It can help reinforce your brand’s identity and maintain a consistent look and feel throughout your content.

3. Add more sections to your Homepage

Adding more sections to your homepage can enhance its functionality and provide additional benefits to both you and your website visitors.

For example, you can try to add:

  • Highlight core product and brand features: By showcasing core product and brand features, you quickly communicate what sets your products apart and what your brand stands for. It can be information about your materials (eco-friendly, sustainable,…), how you pack your order or any unique features about your products.
  • Brand story: A well-crafted brand story can build trust and credibility. When customers understand your journey and the values you hold, they are more likely to trust your brand.
  • Reviews and Testimonials

4. Add the Buy Now button to your Product Page

A “Buy Now” button allows customers to skip the traditional shopping cart and proceed directly to the checkout process. This streamlines the buying process, making it quicker and more convenient for impulsive shoppers.

Moreover, you can consider to add more product images:
When selling a dog necklace, it’s important to provide a variety of product images to give potential customers a clear and comprehensive view of the item. Here are some suggested product images you should include:

  • Product in Use: Show the bag being used by a model or person. This helps customers visualize how the product looks when worn and can convey a sense of style.
  • Size Comparison: Include an image that shows the product next to a common object, like a wallet, smartphone, or hand for scale. This helps customers gauge the size of the bag.

5. Use Swatches to Illustrate Color Differences

The use of variant text that leaves people without a visual depiction when they receive a product that does not live up to their expectations based just on words may lead to confusion or dissatisfaction:

To improve the conversion rate, think about switching from text to a color swatch.

6. Tailor your promotion campaign

Here are some campaign ideas to help you sell this product during the BFCM and Christmas period:

  • Early Bird Discounts: Offer special discounts to customers who shop early in the BFCM sale, creating a sense of urgency to make purchases.
  • Bundle Deals: Create bundles of complementary clothing, accessories, and footwear items at discounted prices, encouraging customers to buy more.

  • Flash Sales: Host short-term flash sales with deep discounts on select items at different times throughout the BFCM weekend.

In order to find out what works best for their own audience and products, online retailers should think about best practices and carry out their own user testing. For e-commerce to succeed, the user experience must always come first.

Hope that those suggestions will work for you!

Cheers!
