Your ask is overly broad requiring advanced customizations, you need to restrain the scope of what your asking and be much much more specific in questions.

Such as addressing javascript optimizations or dealing with apps javascript such as A2reviews, or best-options in which case you either need to remove those apps, contact those apps about improving their apps javascript performance, or if they have one using their apis to improve performance.

  2. Optimize use of Shopify apps
  3. Implement AMP
  4. Consider Professional Help

I see you have a 39 score on Mobile which seems to be the major concern.
As most of the customers are from Mobile.

The Major issue is unused javascript which is making the website slow, You can fix this by using any https://websitespeedy.com , this tool will automatically optimize the store speed.

Also further optimizing images will do some further optimization.
