Id like to get some feedback from an expert about my store and see what I’m missing to start making progress
Hello Turbo_Flowe1,
Thanks for reaching out to the community!
First of all, I must say you’ve got an amazing website; additionally, the speed of the website is also good on both desktop and mobile devices.
However, here are a few things that you should consider to optimize your website further:
- Add Alt Text to Images: Some of the images on the website do not have alt text. Alt text is the alternative text for the images, which explains the context of the images. It helps the search engine crawlers understand the image, as they cannot see it; additionally, the users can understand the images’ context, if they take too long to load. Also, be sure to add a keyword to the alt text, which can help the image rank better on SERP and improve the visibility of the website on the search engine.
- Include Meta Description: Meta description appears on the results page as a part of the website snippet and its purpose is to summarize the content of the webpage to provide a clear idea about what to expect from the webpage. You can optimize meta description by:
- Adding primary targeting keyword to the meta description
- Keeping its length to 120-160 characters, as the meta description exceeding this length shall end with ellipses.
- Make the Links Crawlable: The links on the website do not have ‘href’ attributes and search engine crawlers use this attribute to crawl the links and discover more pages on the website.
- Match Image Display Dimensions to Aspect Ratio: The display dimension is different from the actual aspect ratio; thus, the rendered images may appear distorted in some devices and result in a bad user experience.
- Reduce Unused CSS and Javascript: I would recommend you to closely assess the website and remove all unused CSS and JavaScript from the website, as it can hamper the speed of the website in the long run.
Another tip is to submit the ‘XML’ Sitemap to Google Search Console, which makes it easy for the search engine crawlers to easily navigate the website, and crawl and index all the pages on the website. This also allows the website to be prioritized by the search engine for the indexing process; thus, helping the website to get better rank on the SERP.
Hope it helps!

Hey @Turbo_Flowe1 .
Thanks for reaching out.
When I navigated to your online store, I noticed that you do not have a favicon added to the homepage. A favicon is a small image that displays on the browser tab and represents the company/business. If you takea look towards the top of your browser, I am sure you will see several favicons! You can add a favicon to your online store by following this guide here.
If you have any social media business pages, you can add these social media icons to the online store footer. This shows business legitimacy to your visitors and customers. It is also a great way to provide your customers with an extra sense of security knowing they can reach out to you on other platforms.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Hi there,
Your store is looking great! Three easy things to implement are:
- Pop-up that captures the email of potential clients, that way you can start using email marketing
- I would make the CTA button on the main image bigger as it gets lost and you might be losing easy clicks to your product page.
- The reviews app looks really different from the look and feel of the page. I would change it to one that isn’t as disruptive.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the tips I’ll make sure it’s done
