Status: Owner acknowledges all feedback and commits to implementing suggestions, particularly the disavow work identified last week. Reviewers offer ongoing technical support.
Here’s a coupled things I noticed:

There is a white space between the navigation bar and top of the page.

Some of your homepage header images do not cover the whole page, so text is difficult to read.

Some of your banners have squished text that makes it hard to read the words.

Not sure if you have a logo for your website, but it would be a good idea to add it to give your website a more professional look.

Instead of putting all your store’s products under Shop All Products, consider sorting them by category, kind of like what https://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/ does.

I have done quick review, you have done automated software backlinks, which is spammy, disavow all. one day you will get penalize from google. another is you have to write proper blog on you niche product. you have to make authority on you niche, so that you can rank in google. write blog one post every day. that’s it.

I’m Theodore White from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
1. Reduce the header size
As you can see in the screenshot I captured below, there are a lot of navigation buttons inside the header. This makes your header not only easily overlooked as it’s full of text but also space-consuming when scrolling up and down the page. Please recheck this part as soon as possible.
2. Change the position of the section
Two moving sections at the same time make your page content a little bit chaotic. It’s better, in my opinion, to move the “Shop for Dad now” section down below as it should not be in the “Above the fold” area.
3. Increase the background video and decrease the text size
This video is the first thing customers see when they visit your website so you should increase its size and make sure it’s of high quality to let your visitors know exactly what you’re selling in 5 seconds first.
Also, please decrease the text size to avoid overriding the background.
4. CTA
The CTA should be more dynamic with hover color so as to catch the eyes of the customers.
And please make sure that the styling of all CTA buttons on your page is consistent in order to boost the conversion rate.
5. Image hovering
You should take a look at this! There seems to be an error when hovering over these images that I cannot see clearly, leading to a higher bounce rate.
Last but not least, please make sure all sections are full-width to ensure your professional store outlook.

After some time reviewing your site I have some feedback I would to share:

Your menu bar looks overloaded, you should try to think a way to group them, maybe by Home, Products (Home, beauty, jewelry,etc), Services (Storage, Organization, etc), Policy, Contact, etc. That way users will not feel overwhelmed with that huge menu bar

Define which is most important for your business, as far as I could see you sell more products than services you offer so you could consider changing the first banner and include a CTA button to redirect customers to your products catalog.

In responsive mode the chatbot icon is overlapping the website so users could not be able to easily tap on a product because of it
-
Give a try to these UI/UX guidelines, that might help you enhancing your site and taking it to the next level.
