How can I improve my website's conversion rate?

Hi @Anonym3845 ,

This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder app.

Congrats on your new store! Your store looks so pretty with color panels and high-quality images, and I can tell you’ve put in much effort. I understand that building a beautiful website is not simple. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions that might be helpful for your homepage:

1. Update the content of your announcement bar

On your homepage, you should display your notification bar well-designed and simple with your convincing brand values. This will maintain a sense of intrigue, inspiring visitors to scroll and learn more about your products. You also can take advantage of this announcement bar to inform potential customers about promotional campaigns or product updates.

2. Change CTA button content

From my UX/UI experience, “Learn more” is so omnipresent, which makes it an ineffective CTA: it’s too ambiguous and has a poor information scent. It may help move the user to the next screen or page, but it doesn’t help them navigate the experience. Therefore, it’s better to use a descriptive and clear alternative such as: ‘Discover Now” or “Read Now” to prompt your visitors to click immediately.

3. Add quantity in your content

From my CRO experience, using numbers, lists, percentages, and other types of math in your messages are great ways to get attention, create credibility, and drive click-throughs. This approach can enhance the reliability of your arguments and persuade your visitors about the effectiveness of your content, ultimately influencing their purchasing decisions.

You can refer to this example:

4. Get prepared for the holidays

This time is suitable for you to prepare for the upcoming shopping events like BFCM, Christmas, and New Year’s. Plan ahead, and you’ll likely see positive campaign results. There are several suggestions for you:

  • You keep one main deal active throughout the Black Friday sale and, additionally, offer a much better deal for a limited time only. This will make your potential customers feel FOMO (fear of missing out) and will click the Add-to-cart button to buy right away.
  • Create a dedicated Black Friday landing page on your website. This page should showcase your featured products, promotions, and campaign information with an appealing design that complements the holiday theme. Ensure that it is user-friendly for easy navigation and seamless purchases.

I hope you find these suggestions helpful for optimizing your website’s conversion rate. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to reach out.

Wishing you all the best with your online venture!

Best regards,
