From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Preferences.
Scroll to the Password protection area, and check password.

Which theme you are using?
Did you checked if the theme has this options or not?
You can check from Customization settings to convert the thumbnails into carousel.
I have debut theme
It would require some vast **Liquid/CSS/**JavaScript knowledge to implement the features you’re looking for. But if this is something you need urgently I recommend either purchasing a theme with feature you want or hiring a shopify developer to assist you.
