How can I improve the look of my ecommerce website?

While it’s already great, I do have some suggestions to help make it even better. Here are a few of my recommendations for better customer experience, if you don’t mind taking a look.

1. Brand Logo

Your current logo appears slightly disconnected from the overall aesthetic of your store. Enhancing its alignment with your brand can significantly improve brand recognition. So, you can consider changing to different logo designs and making it more relevant to your brand visual.

2. Home Page

  • Hero Page: I see your hero section looks quite professional but you could consider changing it to a more cheerful and colorful style so it can fit with your overall product vibe and generate a more inviting atmosphere to customers.

  • Collection Section:

This section seems to have little featured collection to impress customers. So, I would recommend you create more collections by grouping them into new products, best sellers, or categories.

Furthermore, you should re-check the image of products because high-quality images are very important to attract customers and increase conversion rates.

  • Footer Section: I see your footer section has quite a lot of empty space. I recommend you optimize it again to maximize the available space.

3. Shop Page (Product Listing)

  • This product listing section can be better if you adjust all images with the same size so it can make your page look more professional.

  • You could consider using a sans-serif font because it’s modern and can contribute to a more visually appealing and user-friendly interface.

  • Moreover, I didn’t see any information about all your products except the price, so it would be better if you add more detailed information. Product descriptions with more detailed information can empower customers with the knowledge they need to make informed purchase decisions, ultimately boosting confidence and conversions.

4. Addition

  • I recommend changing your current cart types to cart drawer because it allows customers to continue shopping while they can see the cart information on the drawer. Moreover, if you have a plan to upsell & cross-sell, this cart drawer would be a better choice.

  • Additionally, the CTA button should be colorful and bolded to be brighter and more striking because if your button is more visible, more people will act on it.

5. Support

So, a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or give feedback on their experience.

Currently your store has not had such thing and it might be a pain point in shopping online cause there’s nowhere to ask and receiver answer.
