I have a small problem. The print quality of my gelato product was too bad even though it was good on Printful. I was writing with Gelato and found that uploading in the editor can distort the image and so the print quality can suffer. I should try the other way of uploading instead. I should put the image under Upload print file. I then also tried. However, my picture does not fit into the mug template. At least that’s what it looks like, it sticks out over the edges. The image has a resolution of approximately 2700x1050 and should be around 300 DPI. Can someone tell me how to use the Gelato mug template and what the problem is? If information is missing, just ask.
