How can I improve the quality of my product photos?

Hello Shopify team,

I have some issues with my products because some of them are not the quality I want them to be. I have read online that it has something to do with shopify trying to compress the photos to make the page run smoother but I can’t seem to solve it even if I compress the photos myself to JPEG. I tried to resize them as well and it still doesn’t work. The thing is, some photos are the same size as the others and they are not pixelated.

What else is there to try?

Hello,

There are several products on the home page including the one I attached above.

Try opening it in another page, I think it has something to do with the cookies

no i guess the issue with the lazy loading. try to disable lazy loading and then test it.
