I wanted to discuss a small improvement in our information request process to ensure better clarity when receiving inquiries from customers via the product page.
Currently, when customers click on “More Information” on the product page, it opens an email window for inquiries. However, upon receiving these emails, it’s challenging to identify which specific product the customer is referring to.
To enhance this process, I would like to explore options for incorporating the SKU or product name in the information request emails. This addition will significantly streamline our communication and allow us to provide more accurate and timely responses to our customers.
