This is completely insane that you can not contact Shopify at ALL to get help! I would like for someone in Shopify to contact me so I can get this issue resolve. I’ve paid subscription for a year and at this point I feel as if my money is being wasted. I have tried on my own to fix the problem which only started after Shopify made changes.
SHOPIFY, PLEASE CALL ME!!! I TRUELY NEED ASSISTANCE.

I understand your frustration. That is why I created the instructions below to ease the process.

Click this link, Contact Shopify Support, and log in to your store.

You should be routed to the page like the image below.
- Then select Starting Store. This will open another page like below.
- Scroll down and you should see the options to contact Shopify Support.
