So happy that my suggestion can be your solution.
For the third point, you can change the layout of the product media by displaying the media list next to the main media. I believe these adjustments must be made in the theme settings. If the theme you are using does not support this, consider using a page builder app like PageFly, Ecomposer, or Gempages to customize the product details section like the sample i provided.
