Im trying to insert a picture at my payment page. Can you guide me with it.

By “payment page” do you mean the checkout page, where you put your credit card details?

If so, it’s not possible to edit that page, unless you’re on the Plus plan (the one that starts at $2000 USD/month).
If you’re indeed on the Plus plan you may want to get a developer to edit it for you, messing out with the checkout page can cause serious issues with your store.
