I tried checking the demo of solodrop theme and testing the search feature, it seems that the theme doesn’t support search. Can you send me the code of header.liquid file and templates > search.liquid file. I will check it.

I checked and the theme doesn’t support search page. When going to search page, it will automatically return to home page.

Therefore, search icon in header will not be supported.

If you want to add an icon and an active search page, you need to hire an expert for it. Because this is a complicated request and no one can guide you in detail if not the theme owner.
