I’ve made a wave SVG, to go on the top of my footer. I can’t figure out the code I need to add it to my website. I’ve already added my SVG file to my files & have the URL, I just need to implement it.

You can go to your Online store > Themes > Customize > click + Add section > Custom liquid, add SVG link, and check

There is no option to add a custom liquid to the footer of my theme, so this hasn’t solved my issue

You are using Dawn theme and it usually has that option. Could you take a screenshot after you click + Add section?
