How can I insert videos into product media on my page?

Hello, I am looking to add a video to my product page, specifically to the product media not the description.

When I upload my video to the media section, I receive this alert: “To show videos and 3D models on your online store, you may need to update your theme”.

Once the video is uploaded I can see the thumbnail but it does not show when I preview the site.

Hi @petsupplies_1 ,

Seems like your Theme does not support the video or 3D. There is a code need to be written for it to function like so.

In this manual from shopify it states dawn is one of the themes that do support this function

What themes support it? or what is the code necessary?
