Right, thank you. You would not be able to test your app on a live store as it needs to undergo a review first. Once the review is complete the app can be published and installed into live stores.
Development stores are designed to replicate live stores and should have the same functionalities when it comes to testing, however. You shouldn’t need to have to test your app in a live store to confirm that it works before publication.
