Whenever I paste my product page URL into the TikTok Ads Manager, I get this message:
1 issue could lead to the disapproval of your ads. No optimization events have been received for the selected pixel under this URL in the last 7 days. Please verify that the pixel is installed for this URL and the correct optimization event has been selected. If campaigns contain non-matching URLs or pixel events, it may lead to performance issues.
In essence, the tiktok support team is the best team to talk to.
To solve the issue of TikTok Ads Manager not receiving optimization events from your pixel, perhaps make sure that the TikTok pixel is correctly installed and is present in the HTML of your page or if it is correctly implemented through a tag manager.
In your TikTok Ads Manager, check the status of your pixel to see if it’s active and sending data. Look for any notifications or errors. Make sure that the optimization event you’ve selected for your campaign corresponds with the events tracked by the pixel. E. g. if your campaign is optimized for conversions, the pixel should be set up to track conversion events.
Ensure the URL structure in the ads matches exactly with the URLs on which the pixel is installed. Even minor discrepancies can cause issues.
