I want to integrate Google Pay in my store. So for that, which steps I have to follow? I’ve read some articles about it but still confused so please guide me.

Just to gather some additional context, did you attempt to follow the step by step guide to Enable Google Pay on your online store? If so, was there a specific part that you were stuck on, by any chance? As this information will allow me to assist you better in this situation.
In order to have Google Pay, your online store will need to meet the Google Pay requirements. If you can confirm that the store is meeting these requirements, you can navigate to Settings > Payments and select Manage on the Shopify Payments gateway. Once there, you should see the Wallets section that will allow you to Activate Google Pay. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
