To provide the best advice possible, can you please clarify more on what you refer to by The 3 payment gateway? For example, do you want to see if you can simultaneously enable three different payment gateways, or is there a payment gateway called The 3?

You can use one payment gateway that accepts credit cards for payments gateways. Then, you can have a PayPal payment gateway set up. You can also have an alternative payment gateway and a manual payment gateway. I’m afraid you wouldn’t be able to set up two credit card payment gateways at once, but the other options are available!

Suppose you’re interested in setting up an alternative, manual or PayPal payment gateway and your credit card payment gateway. In that case, you can do so from your Shopify Admin> Settings> Payment Providers section. You can also learn more about Payment methods here.
