How can I integrate VAT, duty free, and warehouse features into my ecommerce cart?

We are planning to build a shopify ecommerce page to honour international orders and wanted certain information.

What we need in our cart:

  1. VAT
  2. Duty free
  3. warehouse integration

Option 1:

  1. Can build the page with liquid and have the above cart requirement integrated to it? Documentation for this if any, would be helpful

Option 2:

  1. Can we migrate shopify plugins for (VAT, DUTY FREE and warehouse integration ) to our native website? If yes, can you share the documentation for the same.
