I sell earrings and I’m currently trying to figure out if I can make a listing where customers can choose two pairs of earrings in one listing to create their own pack. If this is possible please let me know how to do it!

An alternative option is to build a Custom App.

I see that it’s been a while since you raised this topic, and you may have already found a solution. However, I still want to suggest a simple solution for setting up your options using the Easify Product Options app. It offers a special option type called Product List that is perfect for your needs 
.
Here’s a quick demonstration on how to set up your options with the app:

Create your “Pack” as a regular single product, without any options or variants included.

Install the app and create a new option set:
- Add the “Product List” option type:
- Add option values for all the earrings you want customers to be able to select. Click “Select product” to choose an existing associated product for each option value if you want. Then, this will automatically update the product image and name to the option value image and label.
- Set the maximum quantity of option values (earrings) that customers can select for their pack to 2.
- Finally, assign the option set to the “Pack” product you created at the beginning:
In addition to the Product List there are more option types for you to choose from to express your options, such as Image Swatches. I encourage you to explore the app yourself to find the best way to set up options for your store
