I need help with discounts, right now we have company discount where each worker can choose one free item from collection, my concern that I don’t know how to restrict one item/per person. I noticed people can come back and use this promo once again, so I need to be able track people that already used discount and not allow them do it once again. Can you help me with that?

you have to stop the auto SPRT cause if you dont stop it many will still come and do the same over and over again

I hope I’m not too late in replying to this.
You can use BOGOS: Free Gift Bundle Upsell app if you wanna run gift offers, since it allows you to limit the number of offer uses per logged-in customer.
If needed, you can also tag your worker accounts (e.g., as “worker”) so that the offer applies only to them.
And with the limit enabled, each tagged worker account will only be able to claim the offer once.
Those features from BOGOS app will apply to any gift offers, including free gift with purchase, BOGO, Buy X Get Y, Spend more get more, and so much more!
