…meaning anyone can leave a review. I only want my customers who have purchased an item to leave a review. I do have an email system set up but if you scroll my product page you can leave a review. How do I change that. I just downloaded Product Reviews app and pasted the codes.

While we wait however, you can toggle in the settings to manually publish reviews on your store meaning only reviews you approve will be the ones to be seen in your store. Please refer to the screenshot below for the instructions:

Thank you Daniel so much for replying. The issue I’m having is that anyone can leave a review just browsing on my website. You dont even need to have purchased anything…the option to review “write a review” is there on my product page for everyone to access. I thought the ability to write a review is strictly for verified purchases and sent to customers to review the product they bought.

You are definitely right about customers who bought your items will be sent a chance to review it afterwards but I have also followed the screenshot you shared and was able to get to the submission form for a review without purchasing a product from your store.
While we wait for any other possible coding solutions from other contributors on the thread, the workaround I presented in my reply above should enable you to only approve reviews that you can consider are valid on your end so even if non-customers submit a review, you can simply not publish it through the app.
