I have a purchased URL that I want to add to my Shopify account. When I try and add it, it gives an error that the domain is already used on Shopify. I have double checked, I own the domain name through GoDaddy. The Shopify account could be an old account I previously used, but have no access to it, as I don’t remember what username or password would have used. Please can you advise what I should do in order to get my new store linked to the correct domain?
