Your coffee inventory management can be easily handled using the Easify Inventory Sync app. Here’s a straightforward way to set it up
:

Create a Base Product: This will represent your total coffee inventory (e.g., 20kg/20,000g).

Create Bundle Groups: Use the app to connect each of your coffee bag sizes with the base inventory. For example, if you offer coffee in 250g and 1kg bags, you’ll need to create 2 bundle groups. Here’s how you can set up the group for the 250g bag:
- Master Product: The “250g” bag size variant
- Component Product: The Base product you created, with the quantity per bundle set to 250g.
Similarly, create a bundle group for the “1kg” bag size.
Expected Results:
- The quantity of “250g” and “1kg” variants will be automatically calculated based on the inventory of the Base product.
- When a bag size is purchased (e.g., 250g), the corresponding amount will be deducted from the Base product inventory (-250g). After that, the new Base product inventory will recalculate the available quantity for all bag size variants, ensuring an accurate inventory management loop.
