How can I link slideshow images to different pages on my homepage?

Hello-
Looking for some guidance here. I have a slideshow near the top of my homepage with (typically 3) images rotation through. With each image in the slideshow, there’s a spot where I can edit, and add a link. Ideally each of these images in the slideshow would link to a different collection or blog post. I select the desired link destination (and have tried selecting the collection or blog, as well as trying to copy & paste the desired destination, but when I click on any of these images on our site, it just stays on the homepage and adds a /# at the end of our web address. I’ve tried various collections/blogs and things and just keep getting the same result. Any suggestions as to what I may be missing would be really helpful.

Can you post the code for the slideshow here and also a link to your store?

The issue is from the link, you are meant to pick from the listed option not adding url

@Horlart_Expert , url can be added I think after adding the link, maybe its not being clicked on and saved or the theme has some issues with their liquid code.
