I want to know about codisto app that I’ve integrated with shopify and amazon, When I list product on shopify with variation it will automatically listed on amazon but these products doesn’t comes under parent variation, every variation is listed on amazon separately but I want these to be listed under parent variation same like shopify. Do someone knows?
For app specific issues you need to contact that apps developers directly.
The number of users vs developers using an app makes for a very narrow forum audience of possible contributors.
Not all platforms by default use a variant based system if a channel app in involved you need to check that apps settings for terminology that may be similar to the concept of variants.

For as long as the listing is set as variations on Shopify, Codisto will send the listing as a multi-variant listing on Amazon as well. In order for us to look into the listing and why it is not consolidating, please send us an email at support@codisto.com and add my name on the subject so I can guide you in sending your multi-variant listing to Amazon.
