How can I locate a returning order not listed in my analytics?

Here is what I see in the analytics when I am targeting the data as the month to date. I found that there is a returning on 16 Mar.

What makes me confused is after I checked all orders. Neither not any notice that any of them is under returning or has info to confirm with the return, nor any message from the customer sent to our support email address.

What should I do? Just leave this returning behind? Or how I can find that returning order.

From what I can tell, it doesn’t look like you’re looking at a sales return. You are look at a customer report. The return you’re looking at is a returning customer which means that that customer has been to the store before and has come back. The First-time customers below are first time visitors. Hope that helps.
