Hi so i had the same problem but i found out an easy way so to get your merchant it click on this link that will redirect you to the live chat https://help.shopify.com/en now here at the side you will see a chat ask the bot that you want to speak to a support addvisor then if the bot asks you why just say i want to know my merchant id and if it says again then just say it again then you will be put on a call with a real person so wait and then ask him that you want to know your merchant id and remember to know that you must be long in to your shopify account ther or if youre not then send him the link of your shopify store. this is how i got my merchant id
